RULES:
- The people who put the list together are: Eviljonhunt81, insanity, etc. etc.
- We sat down and watched wrestling for about 3 weeks. The whole time we took notes. We watched absolutely everything. Shit, we even watched that episode of Pacific Blue that had Val Venis in it. After all this, we gathered our notes, and began to rank everyone. We considered the following traits: workrate, charisma, promo cutting ablility, gimmick overness, title's held, win/loss record and gawdiness of costume.
- The list is reflective, but not limited too, a wrestlers previous six month body of work.
- Any and all Japanese wrestlers must meet one of the following requirements:
Have been in a "garbage" match recently
employ the mist
are Jado/Gedo
have been in a porn/wrestler a porn star
have been jobbed out in the U.S.
ARE JUST JAPANESE ROCK'N ROLLER!
- There was only enough room on the list for one half samoan wrestler.
- If a wrestler missed any dates between April 1, 2001 and November 1, 2001, they are ineligible
- If a wrestler is popular with a general North American wrestling audience, they are penalized.
